At HOI, we craft our pieces with care and love—and we want you to love them just as much. But we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. Whether it’s a cancellation, exchange, or return, we’re here to make it seamless and stress-free for you.
Cancellations: When Plans Change
Before Shipping
Caught a change of heart before your order sets out on its journey? No worries—let us know!
Simply drop us an email at [insert email] to cancel your order before it’s shipped.
Once we process your request, a credit note will be issued within 7 days—your style story can continue whenever you're ready.
After Shipping
If your order has already left our hands, here’s what to do:
Email us at [insert email] within 3 days of receiving your parcel. We’ll respond within 24 hours to guide you through the process.
You have two options:
Ship the item back to us via a trusted courier service (don’t forget to share the tracking ID).
Or, let us take care of it! For a nominal fee of ₹100, we’ll arrange a return pickup for you.
Returns & Exchanges: Keeping It Simple
At HOI, every piece tells a story. If something isn’t quite right, let’s rewrite that chapter together.
Act Swiftly: Reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests after this timeframe, unfortunately, won’t be eligible.
The Condition Matters: Ensure the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition—pristine as the day it arrived.
Exceptions Apply:
Not Eligible: Personalized or custom orders, clearance items, and gift cards.
Damage or Missing Items: If your order arrives with damaged or missing pieces, let us know within 24 hours (along with photos of the parcel and product).
Returns Shipping:
If you ship the item back, please bear the courier charges.
For our pickup service, a ₹100 fee applies.
Things to Note
Non-Refundable Costs: Shipping fees, priority delivery charges, customization fees, alterations, and gift packaging costs are not refundable.
Prepaid Refusals: Orders refused upon delivery cannot be refunded.
Post-Delivery Damages: Every piece is checked with care before it leaves us. Unfortunately, issues like cuts or tears reported after delivery cannot be exchanged. Still, we’re happy to investigate depending on the situation.
Our Promise
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
For exchanges, your new piece will be sent your way promptly.
For returns, a credit note will be issued to you—because the perfect HOI piece is just waiting for its moment to shine.
